Auction Terms
All merchandise must be paid for on the day of sale, and all payments must be made before merchandise can be removed from the premises.
Auctioned merchandise is sold "as is," without any type of warranty unless so stated by the auctioneer. Once the purchase is made, merchandise becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
The auctioneer may determine bid increments, and reserves the right to refuse bids that are not considered consistent with the value of the item being auctioned.
The auctioneer may resell tie bids at his or her discretion.
The auctioneer’s decisions and sales will be considered final and binding among the auction participants.
The holder of an auction bidder card is responsible for his or her purchased merchandise payments. The cashier will collect all auction bidder cards upon cash out.
If purchased items cannot be removed from auction site on the day of the auction, arrangements must be made for removal. Stave’s Auction and Estate Sales can arrange delivery if winning bidder so requests.
Announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over previously posted or advertised information.
Payment Terms
All items are subject to an additional 10% buyers premium, as well as local sales tax (if applicable). First party checks, cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted. Payment by credit card is encouraged and offered to our customers at no additional charge!
